The Starlit Society
Please read these Terms before creating an account.

These Terms of Use govern your Starlit Society account, including Season 1 of the Starlit Ladder, Open Play bookings, and related member features. Starlit Society is a product of Starlit Creative. By creating an account or using the Society, you agree to these Terms and to the House Rules.
A Society account is free. You must provide a working email and keep it current. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share your sign-in link. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
Starlit Society itself is free. Anyone with an account may join Season 1, propose games, keep a record of play, and use member features described in the app.
Membership is the in-person pass: unlimited Open Play at the host venue while your membership is active. Membership does not replace these Terms or the House Rules.
Drop-in Open Play seats, when offered, are paid per session as shown at checkout.
The House Rules (How We Play) describe how we treat one another at the table, including cancel, credit, no-show, and waitlist policy. You agree to follow them. We may update the House Rules. If we do, we may ask you to accept the current version before you book Open Play or join the Ladder.
Credits stay with your Society account. We do not issue cash refunds. Cancel 24 hours or more before a session for a credit. Inside 24 hours, or a no-show, the seat or credit is forfeited.
Play in good faith. Scores should be honest. Disputes go through the host, not the group chat. We may correct scores, void a table, or remove someone from a game or from the Society if conduct harms the room.
We welcome newcomers and expect kindness, punctuality, and respect for the venue and for one another. Discrimination, harassment, and disruption have no place here.
You may choose what appears in the Players directory. Do not post photos of other people without their permission.
We may update these Terms. When we do, we bump the version in our records and ask you to accept the current Terms before you continue using the Society.
